Terms and Conditions
All items on this site are handmade. Some are ready to post others are made to order. These are sent via Royal Mail tracked 48 post unless stated. Ready to post items will be dispatched within 1-3 working days. Custom items have individual times scales so please enquire. Custom made items have an approximate guide to completion included within their details. Please confirm timescales before ordering in case my order book is full.
Once dispatched, delivery is out of my control. Should an order go missing Royal Mail will only consider it missing after 15 working days. This is also beyond my control. I will do everything I can to assist and advise in this event. Should you need to return an item refunds will only be process once the goods have been returned. These must be unworn and unused. Personalised items can not be returned unless there is an error made which is clearly mine.

Payments – All orders and payments made through this site are processed by PayPal our third party payment processor. Grans knits n bits does not collect or store any financial information. PayPal’s privacy policy can be viewed here
Social media – This site allows you use to social media platforms such as Facebook. This privacy policy does NOT cover their use. Please refer to each platform for their own policy terms.
